Licence-fee waivers for operators during the pandemic
When lockdowns brought parking revenues to nearly zero, operators were still being asked to pay full licence fees. The Association took up the matter with the authorities on behalf of its members and helped numerous operators get their licence fees waived or relieved — saving them from heavy financial losses and protecting their livelihoods.
COVID-19 Licence-Fee Relief for Operators
When lockdowns brought parking activity to a standstill, the Association represented numerous parking operators and traders before the concerned authorities and helped them obtain licence-fee waivers and relief, reducing their financial losses.

Representation Before Civic Bodies
Took up operators' grievances — such as delayed site handover, encroachment of allotted areas and arbitrary penalties — with civic bodies and other authorities through written representations and meetings.
Tender Guidance for Members
Guided operators in reading tender documents — eligibility, EMD, reserve price and penalty clauses — so that bids are made with a full understanding of the obligations involved.

Launched nationalparkingassociation.net, a bilingual national platform for membership, help requests, policy resources and updates for operators in every State and Union Territory.
