Members facing wrongful termination of a parking contract, arbitrary penalties, withheld security deposits, harassment or any injustice by a department may register a help request from their member dashboard. Each request receives a ticket number. The Association's team will review the case, consult panel advocates where needed and represent the member before the concerned authority.
Members may also request help in reading and understanding tender documents before bidding.
