Motto
संघे शक्तिः, न्याये निष्ठा
Strength in Unity, Faith in Justice
Our Vision
A fair, transparent and professionally managed parking sector across India, in which every law-abiding parking operator is treated with justice and dignity, and every citizen receives safe, honest and efficient parking services.
Our Mission
- To unite parking operators and contractors from every State and Union Territory on one national platform.
- To represent members' legitimate concerns before government departments and public authorities through dialogue, memoranda and lawful advocacy.
- To help members understand tender conditions and contractual obligations, and to provide access to qualified legal counsel when their rights are affected.
- To seek fair contract terms — realistic reserve prices, force-majeure relief, timely site handover and timely refund of deposits — that keep parking operations viable.
- To promote honest fee collection, digital payments, courteous service and a strong code of conduct among members.
Core Objectives
1
To act as the national representative association of parking operators and contractors in India.
2
To place the collective problems of operators before municipal corporations, development authorities, railways, airports, metro rail corporations and traffic police, and to pursue their resolution.
3
To help members understand tender documents — eligibility conditions, EMD, reserve price and penalty clauses — before they bid.
4
To provide legal guidance and access to a panel of advocates for members facing wrongful termination, arbitrary penalties, blacklisting or forfeiture.
5
To seek fair and balanced contract terms, including force-majeure relief, proportionate licence fee for a reduced area and timely refund of deposits.
6
To promote ethical, transparent and citizen-friendly parking practices and a code of conduct among members.
7
To encourage the adoption of digital fee collection (FASTag, UPI, electronic receipts) and modern parking technology.
8
To conduct training, research and awareness programmes, and to offer constructive suggestions on parking policy at city, state and national levels.
