- Members shall follow fair practices with the public, including displaying approved parking rates and not overcharging.
- Assistance and representation are provided on a best-effort basis. The Association does not guarantee any particular outcome before any authority or court.
- Tender and event information is compiled from public sources; members must verify it with the issuing authority.
